Pillar & Post Inn and Spa

Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario

TIDE is an intentionally designed learning experience for neonatal and perinatal healthcare professionals who want to move beyond knowing what the evidence says toward understanding how to bring it to life in everyday practice.

Through meaningful connection, practical application, reflection, and shared learning, TIDE creates space for ideas to become action...

And for learning to create lasting change.

Registration is now open for the inaugural TIDE Experience.

Intentionally limited to 60-80 participants

WHAT MAKES TIDE DIFFERENT

Every year, healthcare professionals leave conferences inspired.

But inspiration alone does not change practice.

Real change happens when evidence becomes experience—when clinicians have the confidence to try something new, connect with others who understand their challenges, and return to their organizations not only informed, but equipped.

That is why we created TIDE.

TIDE brings together clinicians, educators, researchers, healthcare leaders, family partners, and industry partners to explore the infant and family journey through a trauma-informed, neuroprotective, developmental, and family-integrated lens.

This is more than an event.

It is a growing community committed to improving the experiences and outcomes of infants, families, and the healthcare professionals who support them.

Where Evidence Meets Experience

TIDE was never intended to be another traditional conference.

Every element of the experience is being thoughtfully designed to support curiosity, connection, reflection, participation, and practical application.

Evidence Brought to Life

Learning that connects current evidence with the realities of everyday clinical care.

Practical Implementation

Strategies and ideas participants can confidently bring back to their own teams and organizations.

Relational Learning

Meaningful conversations between clinicians, educators, researchers, family partners, healthcare leaders, and industry.

Reflection and Integration

Time for ideas to settle, questions to emerge, and learning to become personally meaningful.

Movement and Participation

An experience that makes room for breathwork, gentle movement, discussion, and active participation—not simply sitting and listening.

Community

Relationships and professional connections designed to continue long after the event concludes.

Because lasting change happens when evidence is experienced—not simply presented.

THE INFANT AND FAMILY JOURNEY

Learning Organized Around the Journey of Care

TIDE follows the infant and family journey from birth through discharge, follow-up, and home.

Rather than presenting topics as disconnected areas of practice, the learning experience will explore how each moment of care is shaped by what came before—and how it influences what comes next.

The Infant & Family's Journey

Our journey is connected. Our learning should be too.

WHY NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE?

Because Where We Learn Shapes How We Learn

At TIDE, we believe the environment is more than a backdrop—it is part of the learning experience.

Healthcare professionals spend their days making complex decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Meaningful learning often requires something different: space to pause, reflect, connect, and think differently.

That is why Niagara-on-the-Lake was chosen as the home of the inaugural TIDE Experience.

The setting provides an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday practice and enter an environment that encourages conversation, presence, curiosity, and renewal.

A place where ideas can continue beyond formal sessions.

Where relationships can grow through shared experiences.

And where participants can return home with renewed energy to create meaningful change.

Because lasting change rarely happens inside a lecture hall alone.

Partnership Opportunities Are Now Available

Become Part of TIDE from the Beginning

Meaningful change in healthcare does not happen alone.

It takes clinicians willing to challenge current practice, educators dedicated to sharing knowledge, researchers advancing the science, and industry partners committed to developing solutions that improve care for infants and families.

At TIDE, partnership is more than logo placement.

Our partners become part of a shared commitment to advancing neonatal and perinatal care through education, innovation, implementation, and meaningful professional connection.

Whether your organization is introducing new technology, supporting healthcare education, showcasing an innovative product or service, or looking to build authentic relationships with neonatal and perinatal professionals, we would be pleased to explore how you can become part of the inaugural TIDE Experience.

Customized partnership conversations are welcome.

The TIDE Exchange

Designed for Connection

The TIDE Exchange is a thoughtfully curated space for conversation, discovery and relationship-building between participants, community organizations and industry partners.

At TIDE, we do not view industry engagement as separate from the learning experience. Our partners are part of a broader community working to advance neonatal and perinatal care.

Throughout the experience, participants will have opportunities to explore relevant products, services and innovations, ask questions and connect directly with the organizations supporting this work.

With space intentionally limited to a small number of aligned organizations, the TIDE Exchange is designed to favour meaningful conversations over a traditional trade-show vendor experience.

Where ideas, innovation and relationships meet.
