Programs for Healthcare Organizations
We provide customized educational programs for hospitals, NICUs, perinatal, and community-based healthcare teams across Canada and internationally. Programs are built around trauma-informed, developmental care principles — with evidence-based content, bedside coaching, and implementation support. All offerings are available in English or French.
Continuous education credits are provided for each educational activity.
We are an institutional member of the Society for Training and Continuous Education (SOFEDUC).

S.S.D.©: An introduction to developmental care
A foundational 2-hour course to build awareness of trauma-informed developmental care. Designed for multidisciplinary NICU teams.
P.F.S.D.© : Core training in developmental care
Our 7-hour evidence-based training covering theory and clinical strategies to embed neuroprotective care into NICU routines.
P.F.S.D.©+: Advanced training program in developmental care - coaching at the bedside
Hands-on, team-based coaching that turns theory into practice. Accredited for 4–8 hours.
P.I.S.D.© : Educational program on the implementation of developmental care in neonatal units
Supports leadership and change teams with structured guidance for institutional adoption of developmental care.
P.T.D.© : Educational program on facilitating the transition home of premature infants
7-hour training on how to support families and preemies during discharge and follow-up.
E.C.N.N.©: The clinical exam of the newborn
7-hour course on comprehensive, developmentally appropriate physical assessments.
