Chantel

Chantel Morin (MN, RN, C-DC) is a perinatal and neonatal educator, developmental care specialist, and yoga teacher-in-training who is passionate about supporting the well-being of those who care for others. With a background in trauma-informed developmental care and years of experience in the NICU and birthing environments, Chantel blends gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and nervous system–sensitive guidance to create restorative spaces for healthcare providers. Through The Quiet Shift, she invites caregivers to pause, reconnect, and refill — so they can return to their work grounded and renewed.
